FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I use the Ready to Fly service for my trip?
Am I obligated to use Ready to Fly?
No, Ready to Fly is an optional service. You can choose to have one of our agents verify your documents at the airport.
When should I send my documents?
You can send us your documents from the moment you receive our invitation email and up to 3 hours before the departure of your flight. We will send you an invitation email 48 hours before you are due to travel if you are traveling to an eligible destination.
What happens to the documents I send you?
We remove all of your documents from our system after verifying them. We will only keep the "Ready to Fly" mention in your file so that our team knows your documents have been approved.
I received my Ready to Fly confirmation. Should I still bring my travel documents with me to the airport?
Yes. You must keep your travel documents with you during your trip, including those verified as part of the Ready to Fly service. Our team will not verify them again, but local authorities might as for them at any point throughout your trip.
I leave in less than 48 hours, and I have not received an invitation email. How come?
If you have not received an invitation email, it means that your destination is not yet eligible for the Ready to Fly service. We are gradually rolling out Ready to Fly across our network. We hope you will benefit from it on your next trip.
Why can I not store my vaccine pass and other travel documents on my account (Flying Blue, corporate, etc.)?
We are not currently allowed to keep your travel and health documents because of personal data protection regulations. As such, we will need to ask for your documents again during your next trip.
I sent all my documents, and check-in is currently open for my flight, but I have not received a response. Can I still check in?
Yes. You can check in even if you have not received a response from the Ready to Fly team. Once you receive it, go back to our website to print your boarding pass. It will show "Ready to Fly."
