You can book up to 9 passengers per dossier, including adults and children. Each adult can be accompanied by an infant on their lap. The reservation is confirmed as soon as you receive your booking reference. A confirmation email containing all the details of your reservation will also be sent to the email address you provided.
Rates quoted include all taxes. Rates are guaranteed as soon as you obtain your booking reference.
Ticket refund Online payment
To pay online, you must use your credit or debit card. Air France will then debit your card in real-time. Depending on the country, you can use other payment methods, such as bank transfer, Apple Pay, or local payment methods. Payment is fully secure thanks to the highest standard of data encryption.
The reserved fare is valid for a ticket that is used in its entirety, in the order, and on the dates indicated. By the General Conditions of Carriage, any non-conforming use of the ticket on the day of travel will result in the payment of an additional flat fare at the airport.
- For flights within Europe (including Metropolitan France and Corsica), this surcharge amounts to €125 in the Economy cabin and €300 in the Business cabin.
- For intercontinental flights, the supplement is €500 in Economy and Premium Economy, €1500 in Business and La Première (or the equivalent in local currency).
The supplement will not be applicable when the Passenger has used a new Ticket on the same route within 24 hours following the departure of the flight corresponding to the unused Coupon.
Behavior on board
Passengers are informed that in the event of a breach of Article 15 (Behavior on board) of the General Conditions of Carriage and in accordance with the provisions of their Article 9 (Refusal and limitations to the carriage), they may be included on the list of persons prohibited from boarding the carrier's aircraft pursuant to the CNIL deliberation n°2016-240.

Notice according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law (“CPL”), 5741-1981, any transaction carried out in a "long-distance sales transaction" (according to the definition of this term under the Israeli CPL) can be canceled within fourteen (14) days of the date of the transaction, or as of the date of receiving the transactions’ summary document (as required under the CPL) and no less than seven (7) days, not being days of rest, prior to the departure date of the first flight on your itinerary. Subject to the provisions of the Law, if you are a consumer who is “disabled”, “senior citizen” or “new immigrant”, as these terms are defined under the CPL, you can cancel a "long-distance sales transaction" within four (4) months as of the date of the transaction, or as of the date of receiving the transactions’ summary document (as required under the CPL) and no less than seven (7) days, not being days of rest, prior to the departure date of the first flight on your itinerary. This will apply solely on transactions which included a conversation between yourself and the seller (including a conversation by means of electronic communication). Kindly note that we are entitled to demand documentation to verify your status. When a cancellation is being made according to the provisions of the CPL as stipulated above, the cancellation fee shall be equal to the lesser between 5% and NIS 100. When a cancellation under the provisions of the CPL is a result of non-conformance, failure to provide the service at the scheduled date or due to any other alleged breach of contract – you will be entitled to receive a full refund within 14 days from the cancellation notice.
